We at REINCARNATION strive to give you a quality product of your choice. However if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at thereincarnation.in@gmail.com
What is REINCARNATIONS Exchange Policy
All the collection in REINCARNATION are limited edition products and are made specially on your order demand that's why currently we do not exchange or return the product on the basis of size issue, but in case if the product is damages ripped or the wrong size or product is delivered to you, in that case its the reponsiblity of REINCARNATION to get that product exchanged or returned according to your wish.
What sort of checks do you do for Returned products?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
How long will the return process take?
This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
How do I ship the products?
Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. You can courier the product(s) using any cost-effective courier solution or speed post to the following address:

Can I cancel my order before it is Shipped out?
You can cancel your order from your ORDERS if it has not yet been processed at our office
Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
